Services Available:
Piping Isometric Generation: Extraction of Isometric Line from Piping General Arrangement. Provision of all relevant information for Pipe Spooling and Pipe Cut Length as Shop Fabrication Drawings. Fit Field Welds (FFW) / Field Welds (FW) are indicated. All In-Line items including Instrumentations, Controls & Metering Devices are properly labeled. All Pipes Lines are fully dimensioned and well coordinated. We also provide include detailing of Special Pipe supports and Structural Grid Lines as installation references.
Material Take-Off: Includes Quantification, Estimation and Material Selection. This comes with a fully detailed “Material List” provided on each Isometric from fitting to fitting on individual Pipe Cut Length issued for Construction and Installation. Operation, Design, Test Pressure and Temperature Conditions parameters are also included.
P & ID: Mechanical Equipment, all Valves, Safety Devices include Directional Flow, Test Control Points are fully designated to include other appurtenances such as Vents, Drains, Special Fittings, Reducers, Pipe Schedule or Class, Interconnections of Input and Output Continuity are sufficiently developed with complete detailed specifications.
