Zuellig Appoints Forssman as Commissioning Agent rfor the first Silver LEED accredited project

Zuellig Building Project, A 33-storey office building with 5-basement levels which will be constructed and developed by Bridgebury Realty Corporation in the Makati Central Business District. Thus, Zuellig appoints Forssman as the commissioning agent to provide confirmation and guarantee by way of series of tests records, that the installed system in the project is fully functional and subscribed to what was required as per Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD) in line with the system performance specifications. One of the key features of the project is to adapt a well designed and functional energy efficient system that is economical to operate and maintain, and comply with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirement.

Forssman lands Marina Bay Sands Project in Singapore

Forssman recently landed a project by DDS CONTRACTS & INTERIOR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD in Singapore. Forssman will undertake the preparation of Architectural Design and CAD Services for their Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort Project for the development of the Basement  Levels and Basement Mezzanine Interior Layouts.

FORSSMAN BAGS TECHNOPARK PROJECT

Forssman was recently awarded the MVAC Commissionability Study, Testing & Commissioning Management and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) Works of the new Tong Hsing Electronics Project for GMC Construction and Development Corporation (General Contractor) at the Carmelray Laguna Techno Park.
